Bobby Hansen’s thumb throw carried the Library Bar to many championships in the 1970s. Deadly accurate, Bob could be counted on to hit an opponent time after time. He was the Enforcer and carried out the game plan devised by his team captain, John Hodges. Bob also caught enough plastic over the years to be avoided as a target; his opponents did not want to see his shot coming back. Bob played in twenty tournament finals over the years, including four International Frisbee Tournaments, winning three. He also won the US Nationals twice, the first GPA World Championships, and the WFC Championships in the Rose Bowl.
Inducted at the 30th International Frisbee Tournament in 1997
